From September 11 – 15, 2010 the 23rd European Conference on Biomaterials took place in Tampere, Finland. This year the annual conference of the European Society for Biomaterials was organised by the Finnish Society for Biomaterials.

BIO 2010 in Chicago

The most important event in the Biotechnology sector – the BIO in Chicago – will be starting soon. We will be part of it by sharing a booth with the Technologie- und Gründerzentrum Halle (TGZ) in the German Pavilion. Biotechnological developments are especially interesting for the pharmaceutical industry. Therefore the big players like Abbott, Amgen, Baxter, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, Roche or Sanofi Aventis participate, too.
