Froggy goes for natural power
Sustainability, ecology, innovation together joint with traditions is a good combination to appeal to customers. This concept and its consistent implementation in all ranks led the German family-owned enterprise Werner & Mertz to become the customers’ darling in the segment of household cleaners in Germany.
Werner & Mertz brands are recognized by the red or green frogs. Since 1901 they decorate most of the product ranges like for example: Erdal, Emsal, Froggy/Frosch, Glanzer, Luminance or Tarax.
Bernhard Schneider, CEO, says: “Nature has a lot of high performance secrets to offer.” And the company discovered one of them: Chitosan or in ‘Froggy-tongue’ BIOSAN®. In the Emsal product line one conditioning-cleaner with BIOSAN® is in the market.
"BIOSAN® has Chitosan as an organic active ingredient – a compound that improves the cleanability of your floor. Dirt does not attach itself as stubbornly to the floor and is therefore easier to remove." In autumn a whole BIOSAN® line will follow.
